I am a teacher, mother, artist, writer, and licensed massage therapist.  At the core, I am an explorer.

I like to use my hands.  I like to reach people, touch people, move people. I enjoy connections that delve below the surface.  I am fascinated by the mind-body connection and I am prone to reading, writing, and learing about all things mind-body.
